Refund & Returns Policy

We sell refurbished printers and provide transparent condition notes for each listing. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when returns and refunds are available and the steps to request them.
1. Warranty & Eligibility
Each product listing clearly states the condition grade (for example Grade A, Grade B), included accessories, and warranty period (if any). Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the default warranty is listed on each product detail page.
2. 14-day return window (example)
We accept returns for defective or materially not-as-described items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as delivered (reasonable wear from testing is acceptable) and you must provide order details and photos showing the issue.
3. How to request a return or refund
- Contact our support team at support@webprintingshoprefub.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos or short video demonstrating the defect or issue, if applicable.
- We will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping responsibility is described on the product page and in your order confirmation. In many cases where the item is defective or materially not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label. For buyer’s remorse returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary based on your bank or payment processor.
6. Exchanges
If you need an exchange (for example, different model or grade), contact support and we will advise availability and any additional costs.
7. Non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return if specified on the product page. Consumables (used consumable cartridges) or items sold as-is may be excluded — see the product description for details.
8. Fraud & abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns if evidence suggests fraud or abuse of the returns process.
