Refund & Return Policy

At webprintingshoprefub.shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a refurbished printer within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective or not functioning as described
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item arrives physically damaged (with proof of damage on delivery)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Consumables such as ink cartridges, cables, and accessories are non-returnable. Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not covered under this policy.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
